  • 125 g Mushrooms Sliced
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 10 ml Mixed Spice
  • 10 ml Spice For Mince
  • 5 ml Coarse Black Pepper
  • 125 ml Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Crushed
  • 3 Spring Onions Chopped
  • 5 ml Salt
  • 30 ml Flour
  • 125 ml Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Bunch Rocket

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. In a bowl, mix all the herbs and spices, and flour and milk. Add the parmesan and cream
  3. Place the chicken breasts or thighs in an oven proof dish
  4. Sprinkle with the chopped mushrooms and spring onions
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden
  7. When ready to serve, topped with quartered cherry tomatoes and rocket
